SWEDISH AND RELAXATION

The goal of Swedish massage is to help you relax and relieve physical stress. This technique uses hands, forearms, and elbows to manipulate the superficial layers of the muscles to relax the body and mind. The benefits of Swedish massage include blood circulation, decreased stress and muscle tension, and improved range of motion.
