STRETCHING & RANGE OF MOTION
Active nd passive lengthens and connective tissue. Stretching can improve posture, flexibility, and aid with many types of chronic pain. These techniques can be performed as a full session or incorporated within other massage treatments. During your initial session, I will conduct a postural analysis and assess your range of motion. We'll then work together to develop a plan through massage and stretching to help increase flexibility and correct postural issues.
